RETURNS AND CLAIMS

No returns will be accepted on orders after 7 days of the delivery date.
All authorized returns will be subject to in/out freight and handling charges except for those instances where a defect was the determined cause per our team or a manufacturing defect.
All authorized returns may/may not subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No returns of sale items, which are sold “as is” and for which all sales are final unless in case of manufacturing defect.
No returns of goods that have been cut, treated, altered, processed, subject to abuse or misuse, or damaged after shipment by Seller.
All authorized returns must be in original wrapping materials and in the same condition as when received by the buyer. Colors can be varied from the picture in display on the website.
Claims for damage to the product in transit for delivery to buyer or buyer’s customer, workroom or other agent are buyer’s responsibility; all goods should be inspected upon arrival and a claim filed with the carrier if damage has occurred in shipment.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Any cancellation of an order must be made in writing within five (5) business days of the order date or before shipping. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no cancellations will be accepted if the order has been shipped.
